These terms apply to volunteers who register, apply for events, and participate in event activities through EVNTS.

• Provide accurate personal details and a valid ID during registration.
• Apply only if you are available and committed to attending the event.
• Arrive on time and complete your assigned responsibilities.
• Follow all instructions, safety guidelines, and venue rules provided by the organizer.
• Be respectful, professional, and cooperative with organizers, staff, participants, and fellow volunteers.
• Assigned duties may change based on event requirements, and volunteers are expected to cooperate.
• Misconduct, harassment, abusive language, discrimination, or violence will result in immediate removal.
• Theft, fraud, property damage, or misuse of event resources is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.
• Volunteers are responsible for their own belongings and personal conduct during the event.
• Inform the organizer as early as possible if you are unable to attend after accepting an event.
• Repeated no-shows or cancellations may affect eligibility for future events.
• Organizers reserve the right to accept, reject, or remove any volunteer if necessary.
• The platform acts only as a bridge between volunteers and organizers and is not responsible for event management decisions.
• Photos or videos captured during the event may be used for promotional or documentation purposes.
• Violation of these Terms & Conditions may result in suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
• By applying for an event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
